Since March 2023, I have been realizing my dream of running my own company, proudly leading Tconsulting GmbH, where we support businesses with tailored testing solutions. I have an outstanding team I can always rely on, full of teamwork spirit—everyone helps everyone else; this is not just talk but lived practice and the spirit of our company. My journey began with studying mathematics, which taught me not only analytical thinking but also a love for structured problem-solving approaches. I have been able to apply this passion perfectly in my career as a test manager—whether in complex large-scale projects or developing innovative testing strategies. Today, I combine my extensive expertise with the flexibility of self-employment. At Tconsulting, I help clients systematically integrate quality into their software processes—from traditional testing methods to modern approaches like test automation and AI-powered solutions. What drives me? The challenge of establishing quality not as a burden but as a valuable success factor. And the moment when a team realizes how systematic testing truly saves time and creates added value! Privately, I’m passionate about motorcycling (BMW RnineT), fitness, and actively support Doctors Without Borders.
