Test Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with the skills and commitment to ensure quality assurance across various projects. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure that developed products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Planning, organizing, and executing testing activities from concept to implementation.
  • Developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and quality objectives.
  • Identifying and allocating resources, including test teams and test environments, to achieve testing goals.
  • Conducting and monitoring testing activities, including executing test cases, documenting results, and tracking defects.
  • Managing risks related to testing, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation measures.
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all testing requirements are met and interests considered.
  • Ensuring quality by reviewing test results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.

 

Requirements Profile:

  • Completed degree in computer science, software engineering, quality assurance, or a similar qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing testing activities, ideally in test management.
  • Solid knowledge of testing methods, tools, and test automation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and carry out complex testing activities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
