As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities to ensure that developed products meet quality standards and customer requirements.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"theming-custom\"><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Planning, organizing, and executing testing activities from concept to implementation.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and quality objectives.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Identifying and allocating resources, including test teams and test environments, to achieve testing goals.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Conducting and monitoring testing activities, including executing test cases, documenting results, and tracking defects.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Managing risks related to testing, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation measures.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all testing requirements are met and interests considered.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Ensuring quality by reviewing test results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span class=\"theming-custom\"><strong>Requirements Profile:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Completed degree in computer science, software engineering, quality assurance, or a similar qualification.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Proven experience in leading and executing testing activities, ideally in test management.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Solid knowledge of testing methods, tools, and test automation.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and carry out complex testing activities.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"theming-custom\">Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span class=\"theming-custom\">If you have the required skills and experience and are interested in joining our team as a Test Manager, please send us your application documents.
