Software Tester (m/f/d) in Banking

A release goes live. The next morning, everything runs as usual in the branch and in online banking. Nobody notices a thing. That’s exactly what good testing is.

To keep it that way, we’re looking for a Software Tester (m/f/d) to join our team full-time, starting now. You work remotely; we see each other in person at team events and occasionally at the client’s office when the project requires it.

Tconsulting is a quality partner from the first idea to release. From our offices in Berlin and Münster, or from wherever we work best, we support companies and projects that need to be able to rely on their software. For us, quality isn’t a phase. It’s an attitude.

Your tasks

  • You create test cases based on business requirements.
  • You run release and regression tests in OSPlus and OSPlus neo.
  • You document test runs and defects in Quality Center.
  • You describe defects so the developers know right away where to start, and you test again after the fix.
  • You follow the Finanz Informatik test process and work closely with test management and the business department.

Your profile

  • You have experience testing banking software.
  • You know the Finanz Informatik test process.
  • You’re confident working with Quality Center.
  • You have hands-on experience with OSPlus and OSPlus neo.
  • An ISTQB certification is a plus, but not a must.
  • You work precisely and carefully, even on the fifth test run.
