Test Analyst (m/f/d)

Analyze requirements and design test cases to ensure software quality. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to verify functionality, performance, and security, contributing to building reliable, high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and specifications to identify test needs and develop test cases
• Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and test scenarios based on project requirements and quality objectives
• Perform manual and/or automated tests to verify functionality, performance, and security
• Document test results, defect reports, and test metrics to support troubleshooting and improve product quality
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to understand test requirements and resolve issues
• Evaluate test results and prepare reports to support quality assurance and improvement

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in software test analysis, ideally in an agile development environment
• Solid knowledge of testing methods, tools, and test automation
• Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into test cases
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools is a plus
