Test Manager (m/f/d)

Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all testing activities from concept to implementation, ensuring that developed products meet quality standards and customer requirements. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication and organizational skills to drive quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute testing activities from concept to implementation
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and quality objectives
• Identify and allocate resources, including test teams and test environments, to achieve testing goals
• Conduct and monitor testing activities, including executing test cases, documenting results, and tracking defects
• Manage testing-related risks, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation measures
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all testing requirements are met
• Ensure quality by reviewing test results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, software engineering, quality assurance, or a similar qualification
• Proven experience in leading and executing testing activities, ideally in test management
• Solid knowledge of testing methods, tools, and test automation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and carry out complex testing activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
